1. Where should I put my Air Wick candle?

We recommend that you put your candle on an even surface in a well-ventilated area. Keep the candle away from children, and don’t leave the candle unattended. Refer to the usage instructions on pack. To prevent fire for more than or injury, KEEP FREE FROM FOREIGN OBJECTS (e.g. MATCHES). Never leave a burning candle unattended, near anything that can catch fire or burn, or for more than 4 hours at a time. Place upright on a flat heat resistant, non-electrical surface, away from draughts. Further details are available in the safety requirements question and answer below.

2. How can any remaining wax be removed from the glass container? Can the container be re-used?

This product is not designed to have the wax completely removed from the glass container. We advise that you do not to attempt to remove the wax from the container.

3. Can I reuse the glass contrainer after me wax is burned to the end? Can I put my own candles inside?

no.

4. Does wick need to be trimmed every time?

We advise to keep wick trimmed to 1 cm to avoid excessive smoking.

5. Will this candle produce a lot of soot causing film to cover furniture and walls?

No.

6. How long will the fragrance last?

We cannot estimate how long a fragrance will last due to a number of unknown factors (room size, ventilation, etc.)

7. How do I use candles?

Burn within sight.

Keep away from things that catch fire.

Keep away from children and pets.

Keep wax pool free from debris.

DO NOT allow flame to touch glass.

STOP burning when 1/2 inch (12.7mm) of solid wax remains to avoid 

8. What are the safety requirements?

Always read individual products pack safety direction.

Place upright on a flat heat resistant, non-electrical surface, away from draughts. Keep wick trimmed to 1 cm (1/2”). DO NOT move or tip while lit or before liquid hardens. Glass will be hot during and after use. Stop when less than 1 cm (1/2”) of product remains. Extinguish by blowing gently. Always leave at least 20 cm (8”) between burning candles.

DO NOT use if glass is damaged. DO NOT reuse. Discard after use. DO NOT add essential oils.
